Dispatches from the Multi-Verse: An Online Poetry Salon
There are so many places to encounter poems now—on screens, in inboxes, mid-scroll between everything else. And yet, the experience of listening to poetry together, in real time, still feels rare, or at least not enough.
Dispatches from the Multi-Verse is an attempt to create that space.
On April 8th, I’ll be hosting and participating in a one-hour online poetry salon featuring other poets whose work I’ve encountered across Substack and beyond—writers who are each, in their own way, exploring different “verses” of experience: interior, mythic, everyday, counterculture, truth-based. Poets whose work has inspired me throughout my poetic journey. Poets who I’m lucky to know/be connected with.
Rather than a large reading or performance, this will be a small, attentive gathering. Each poet will read a short selection of their work, followed by a brief conversation. There will also be space to share current and upcoming projects—books, Substacks, Instagram, recordings, and other creative work.

The idea is simple: to slow down for an hour, to listen, and to encounter new voices in a shared space.
If you’ve been reading poems online and wanting something more—more presence, more connection, more attention—I hope you’ll join us.
I’m deeply honored and blessed to have these poets participating in this salon
Registration is free, but space is limited.
